Center of Services for European Citizenships

We provide the following services:
  • Assistance for access to the chosen Study Programmes;
  • Help to compose and submit the registration files;
  • Training for the necessary knowledge and competences to enter the academic courses;
  • Preparing the documents for traveling and study residence in Romania;
  • Providing any other further information required by the candidates, within the limits of the given domain.
In order to facilitate the access to the Romanian Higher Education System, our Romanian study program provides the required linguistics certification. The Center of Services for European Citizenships offers preliminary E-learning courses for the Preparatory Year of Romanian Language for Foreign Students as follows:

CSCE launches an A1 language offer at the promotional price of 7 euros / hour / person for African countries.
For the first 10 students enrolled in the course, CSCE will prepare applications for Romanian state scholarships through the Ministry of Business, Commerce and Entrepreneurship in Bucharest for the 2019-2020 academic year.
At the time of course registration, at [email protected], successful candidates will receive from the CSCE:
  • Annex 1 - application for a scholarship in Romania (form from the Ministry of the Environment, Trade and Entrepreneurship)
  • Annex 2 - Application for Scholarship in Romania (form of the Ministry of National Education)
  • Annex 3 - list of documents for the application file
  • Annex 4 - Declaration form under own responsibility
Once the course is over, you will have the opportunity to become "our European advisors" in the country of origin.
During university studies, you will be able to access the specialized practice in high-level companies and companies through the CSCE.
The Study in Romania program has got as a main goal to facilitate the access of students from the African countries to university study programs delivered by some of the most outstanding recognized Universities in Romania and other EU countries.

Enrollment fees: upon every University internal Decision
Fees have to be paid for one academic year including periods of practice. There are supplementary fees for bed and meals.
 

Enrollment Requirements for Foreign Students from non-EU Countries

  1. Enrollment fees
  2. Application form in Romanian/English filled in, and 2 photos
  3. Request to issue a Letter of Acceptance (see Annex 1) completed in all boxes with photos in duplicate or the Letter of Acceptance issued by the Romanian Ministry of National Education - General Direction for International Relations and European Affairs
  4. Copy and certified translation of the High School/Baccalaureate Diploma or equivalent (for enrollment in undergraduate study programmes or Preparatory Year of Romanian), authenticated by the competent authorities of each issuing country
  5. Copy and certified translation of the Certificate attesting success in the baccalaureate exam year; for Master programmes, Bachelor Degree and Diploma Supplement/Transcript legalized by the Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of each issuing country
  6. Transcripts – copies and translations, related studies
  7. Certificate of graduation from the Preparatory year of Romanian or Certificate of proficiency, B1/B2, C1/C2 as appropriate
  8. Copy of document certifying permanent residence abroad
  9. Passport copy
  10. Medical Certificate (in English/French/Romanian or any international language) proving that the person to enroll in studies has no contagious diseases or other illnesses incompatible with the future profession
  11. Birth Certificate –  copy
  12. Proof of name change (if applicable), copy and authorized translation
